Our Vision
The DOVY concept proposes a coordinated UK-wide housing programme built on efficiency, affordability, standardisation and sustainable long-term investment. It is a prototype concept only and does not currently operate as a housing provider or investment vehicle.
A National Housing Scale
Up to 6.5 million homes could be built over 10–15 years by adopting repeatable models, faster planning approvals, and distributed construction capacity across the UK.
Prioritising UK Manufacturing
Homes would aim to use British-made bricks, blocks, timber, windows, insulation, kitchens, bathrooms and furniture wherever possible—boosting UK employment and reducing imports.
Simple, Affordable, Durable
Homes are designed to be safe, warm and functional—not luxury. This ensures lower build costs and wider access for councils, housing associations and tenants.
Long-Term Investment Concept
Individuals, institutions and pension funds could invest into regulated shares of homes kept permanently for affordable or social rent, offering stable returns and long-term community value.
