We are mapping 10,000+ unique components—from raw timber and steel to finished joinery—to ensure the vast majority of the "Bill of Materials" is Made in Britain, creating a self-sustaining industrial loop.
🏗️ Standardised Resilience
By designing "System Elements" rather than bespoke projects, we ensure homes are durable, easy to maintain, and cost-effective. Standardisation allows for rapid fabrication without compromising on high-performance CNI standards.
📈 Industrial Off-Take
The framework provides British manufacturers with a 20-year "Off-Take" guarantee. This allows factories to invest in automation and staff training, knowing the demand for components is secured at a national level.
